By accessing or using the Brock Agent platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service operated by Brock Quant Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Brock Agent is an AI-powered decision-support platform for cryptocurrency derivatives. The Platform provides:

  • Market structure analysis and technical level calculation
  • AI-powered multi-agent decision system (Brain Council)
  • On-chain data analysis and liquidity mapping
  • Risk assessment and position management tools
  • Daily market reports and notifications

3. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • You may not share your account with others
  • Your account may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not disrupt other users' experience
  • Not compromise the Platform's security
  • Not use automated access tools (bots, scrapers)
  • Not collect, copy, or distribute Platform data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, algorithms, AI models, and branding on the Platform belong to Brock Quant Inc. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Paid features are subscription-based
  • Prices may be changed with prior notice
  • Refund policy is determined by the subscription plan
  • Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify the Platform's features, content, or pricing with prior notice. Critical changes will be communicated via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close your account for violation of these terms
  • When your account is closed, your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
